CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please notify Jaden of Issela Esthetics at (585) 447-4505 as soon as possible to reschedule. All appointments booked online require a credit card to hold the appointment. Your card is held on file in the event of a cancellation/no-show. We do not charge a fee for cancellations as long as you cancel/reschedule no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment before the 48 hours, then you will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service(s). If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and we have not heard from you, then you will be charged for 75% of the scheduled service(s) as a no-show fee. These polices are in place to protect the business. Our time is very important and valuable to us. We respect your time so please respect ours! Thank you for your understanding.
